  • • For parcels in transit, please don’t contact us for an update if it hasn’t reached the expected delivery date yet. This date is calculated using all the info we have, including any delays in our network. Keep your Tracking info from eFleetTrack SMS message with AusPost Tracking code.
  • • If you’ve already lodged an enquiry, please wait to hear from us. We’ll need some time to review but will update you as soon as we know more.
  • • If you order has been created from eFleetPass then you can receive updates from within eFleetPass Ticket system.
